By accessing or using HireMinds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
2. Description of Service
HireMinds is an AI-powered interview platform that enables organizations to create asynchronous video and text interviews, evaluate candidates using AI-generated analysis, and manage hiring pipelines. The Service includes interview creation tools, candidate invitation workflows, AI evaluation reports, and a recruiter dashboard.
3. Account Registration
To use the recruiter features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Collect or process candidate data in violation of applicable privacy laws
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
5. AI Evaluations and Hiring Decisions
The AI-generated scores, recommendations, and reports provided by HireMinds are intended to assist — not replace — human judgment in hiring decisions. You acknowledge that:
- AI evaluations are supplementary tools and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI evaluations complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
- HireMinds does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated recommendation
6. Candidate Consent
Organizations using HireMinds are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates before collecting interview recordings and data. You agree to inform candidates that their interview may be recorded and analyzed by AI systems prior to the interview session.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by HireMinds and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (résumés, custom interview questions). By uploading content, you grant HireMinds a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireMinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless required by law to retain longer.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
